Is the bag made entirely of genuine leather?
Yes. The exterior of the bag is made of 100% genuine cowhide leather (suede finish). Each piece is unique and highlights the velvety texture and natural beauty of the leather.
My bag has a slight odor when opened, is this normal?
Absolutely. Natural leather may retain a characteristic odor when newly manufactured. No need to worry: this smell is a guarantee of authenticity and will naturally fade after a few days in the open air.
Are the bag's dimensions always accurate?
Each Nayla Grande tote bag is handcrafted. Due to this unique process, slight variations in dimensions (a few millimeters) may occur from one model to another.
How should I care for my suede bag?
To ensure your bag retains its beauty, we advise you to:
- Gently brush it with a special suede brush.
- Apply a suitable protective/waterproofing spray to enhance its stain resistance.
- Store it in its included protective pouch (dust bag) when not in use.
What are the delivery times?
We deliver quickly to the European Union and the United States. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.
Can I track my package?
Yes. All our orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be sent to you by email as soon as your package is dispatched.
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our priority. You have 14 days after delivery to inform us of your wish to return the item. The product must then reach us within 30 days of its original shipment.
